4. Client Responsibilities

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are subject to applicable taxes as required by law.
7. Property Information and Listings
While we strive to ensure all property information is accurate and current, Pristiqa:
- Does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties, including property sellers
- Recommends that clients independently verify all material information
- Is not responsible for errors or omissions in property listings from external sources
- Reserves the right to update or correct listing information at any time
8. Legal Verification Services
Our legal property verification services are designed to identify potential issues with property titles and documentation. However:

- We recommend clients engage independent legal counsel for complex transactions
- We are not liable for issues that could not reasonably be discovered through standard verification procedures
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pristiqa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for payment of fees for services already rendered
- We will return any documents or materials belonging to you
- Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
14. Amendments
Pristiqa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon written notice to clients. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Severability
